The FIREBIRD is based on the classic Russian folk tale as well as a multiplicity of other Firebird and Phoenix myths and legends. Collaborators include renowned Russian stage actress Oksana Mysina (Moscow), writer John Freedman (Moscow), the Charlestown Working Theater (Boston), and q-Staff theatre (Albuquerque, NM).
