We The People is a traveling rumination of finding freedom through creativity, a profound relationship with the land, and a curiosity and reverence for past generations. The audience travels among the fields, flowers, waterways, barns, forests, and secret paths of our blooming, verdant Farm. Birds fly above, and transform into human form as they gently touch the ground. Magical creatures seen from the trees and in the water; a woman’s song of longing floating on the wind. Courageous citizens from the past- a farmer, an immigrant, a suffragist, a black knight and more - share a legacy of vital imagination that continues to shape the present and future. History, flight, and music- woven together to create an allegorical tapestry, the audience invited to wander among these fantastical, interlaced worlds.
