Will You Miss Me?
A haunting song echoing across the holler draws a traveler into a funeral service for one of many white workers who moved from Appalachia to Detroit in the last century.
Presented by The Hinterlands (Detroit, MI) as part of the Constellations Festival — Double Edge’s outdoor festival highlighting DE’s partnerships, part of the 40th anniversary celebration of RITES.
The Constellations Festival brings together our theatre’s long-term partners with our local community in the Hilltowns. We were happy to work with The Hinterlands in our Ashfield Town Spectacle and now they are bringing their own piece here for the first time. — Stacy Klein
