About this event

Our Asado is an annual, members-only event featuring a traditional Argentinian-style asado (barbecue), led by our very own Carlos Uriona, with plenty of vegetarian options available. This Summer Kickoff Event also includes updates from Double Edge Theatre and sneak peeks at this year’s Summer Spectacle, Once a Blue Moon – Cada Luna Azul.

Once a Blue Moon – Cada Luna Azul

Double Edge resides on the ancestral homelands of the Nipmuc, Pocumtuck, and the Wabanaki Confederacy. We acknowledge and recognize the Indigenous Peoples who reside here and those who have lived, cultivated, and travelled on these lands for millennia. Their presence must be named after having been invisibilized for hundreds of years.

We also name and honor Susannah Honesty and Heber Honestman, two formerly enslaved people who were the original founders of Huntstown, now called Ashfield.
